Tent Trailer Rental Terms


GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATION: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00, paid by credit card, is required at the time of booking. The reservation for the tent trailer is not secured until valid credit card information for the deposit has been provided.

PAYMENT: Payment of the rental is due in full prior to departure. Payments by credit card must be signed by the credit card holder.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A security/damage deposit of $200.00, paid by credit card, is required when the tent trailer is picked up. If the tent trailer is returned on time with all equipment, fully cleaned with no evidence of smoking or pets inside and undamaged, the security deposit will be released.

EARLY RETURNS: There are no refunds for early returns.

INSURANCE: The basic rental includes $1,000,000. liability insurance with a $3,000. deductible. Additional insurance to reduce liability to $500. is available. Personal possessions are not covered under this insurance. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Contract.

CUSTOMER ORIENTATION: On the day of departure, renters will receive a full demonstration for the set-up and take-down of the tent trailer.

CLEANING: Tent trailers must be returned fully cleaned, inside and out, to avoid cleaning fees. This includes beds, cupboards, stove, sink, icebox and floors.

SMOKING/PETS: In consideration of future renters, smoking and pets are NOT permitted in the tent trailers. Extensive cleaning charges will apply if there is any evidence of smoking and/or pets in the tent trailer.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS: Storage of items on the roof is not allowed. Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the roof of the tent trailer.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Travel on gravel and/or logging roads and in restricted areas is strictly prohibited

RENTAL CONTRACT: A detailed copy of the Rental Contract will be provided to you to review prior to the time of rental, to be signed at the time of rental. All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Contract.
