Vehicle Rental Terms

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATION: A valid credit card is required in order to reserve a vehicle rental.

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A security/damage deposit of $500.00, paid by credit card, is required when the rental vehicle is picked-up. The credit card voucher for the security/damage deposit must be signed by the credit card holder at the time of the vehicle rental. A cash deposit is not acceptable.

PAYMENT: Payment for the rental is due in full upon return of the vehicle.

DRIVER’S LICENSE: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license from their country of residence and must be listed on the rental contract. An international driver’s license must be accompanied by a passport and valid driver’s license from country of residence.

AGE: Minimum driver age is 21 years.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: Any additional drivers MUST be listed on the rental contract.

GAS: The vehicle goes out full of gas and it is the responsibility of the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Any vehicles returned not full will be subject to a “fill charge” and a minimum charge of $2.00 per litre for gas.

CLEANING: Additional cleaning fees will apply if extensive cleaning of the rental vehicle is required.

SMOKING/PETS: In consideration of future renters, smoking and pets are NOT permitted in the rental vehicles. Extensive cleaning charges will apply if there is any evidence of smoking and/or pets in the rental vehicle.

RENTAL CONTRACT: All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Contract.
