If you have registered and need to make changes:

Please send an email to the league to advise us of any changes that need to be made to your registration information. Please include the names of the children that you have registered and your name and phone number. Clearly indicate what changes need to be made to your registration form(s). Please remember to use the parent's email address - not the child's.  Email is our main communication with you; we don't want you to miss important updates from the association.

Facts about Registration:

• The season runs from September to March with a break from early December to the end of January. Games are played rain or shine unless severe weather causes field closures. Check field information for updates prior to game time. We will post field closure information by 3PM on Friday prior to the scheduled games. The on-line schedule is the one to trust!
• The individual coach decides practice times and days. The registrar does not have information on where and when each coach holds practice. Practices are usually held outside on the local school field or inside the school gym. Practices are usually once a week after school or early evening. Coaches should contact SD46 early to book a school field or gym (tchapman@sd46.bc.ca).
• Games are usually played on Saturdays between 9am and 4pm. Rep girls and U18 boys teams play on Sundays.
• Placement on teams is done on a first received, first placed basis. We attempt to place children from the same school/neighbourhood on the same teams. This is not always possible. Requests will be considered but can not guaranteed.  
• All registrations received after May 31 could be subject to being placed on a "wait list" and dealt with as space comes available. Late registrants are not guaranteed placement on any team and may not be able to play with their neighbourhood team. Placements of late registrants will be at the discretion of the league, on a first come basis.
• Please ensure all information on the registration form is completed and accurate. A wrong birth date or school selection could cause your child to be placed on wrong team.
• All registrations are done online. If you know someone who does not have access to a computer, please offer to help them register.
• Refunds, less a $25.00 admin, will be given for cancellations received on or before Sept 30. Cancellations must be in writing.

U7 to U9 - (6, 7, & 8 year olds) - $98

U11 (9 & 10 year olds) - $108

U12 to U18 (11 - 17 year olds) - $123

Family Discount - Families who register 2 or more children at one registration session will receive 15% off the total registration cost (before rep fees).

A KidSport Application form must be filled out for each child in the case of a request for subsidy - Forms must be mailed to the SCYSA for the registration to be complete. (We mail them to the local Sunshine Coast KidSport Branch.)

All registration payments are due at time of registration.

All children and young people born between the years 1994 and 2005 are eligible to participate in the program being offered by the Sunshine Coast Youth Soccer Association. To register for the coming soccer season, please complete the online form.
