2018 Sketching Japan May 6 - 21
With bases at Nara, Marugame, Kubokawaand Hiroshima, this journey offers an opportunity to practice watercolour landscape sketching during the season of rebirth at Japan’s first capital, along a thousand year old Buddhist pilgrimage path, at Shinto shrines, bridges and gardens of historical significance, along a rural beach and at a fishing village. Maximum 7 participants plus Hiroshi. Auditions: Singers & Actors for The Funtastics 2018 Production
Audition date Dec 17, 2-5pm, Sechelt Senior Centre. Solo, duo or group numbers and chorus! Bring a prepared song (3 minute max) with sheet music (if possible) and be prepared to sing without accompaniment for the audition. Actors, come prepared with a short scene to read, either individually or as a group, 2-3 minutes in length. Rehearsal Commitment: Jan - Mar, Thursdays 7 pm - 9 pm; Sundays 2 pm - 5 pm

Painters, carvers, photographers, jewellers, potters and all other disciplines are all welcome to join us at our lovely and convenient Coastal Art Gallery.
