Name of Event *
New / Edit *	Please indicate whether you are entering a new event or editing an existing one
Event Category *
Workshop Category	Only to be filled out if you are entering a workshop.
Begin *	Use this field to set the date and time of your event. Use the dropdown list on the right to set the minutes.
End	You can use this field to specify the end date and or time of your event. You only need to use the date box if the event spans multiple days other wise it will default to the same day as the start date. If you don't want to set and end date or time leave this field as is.
Recurrence	You can use this field to set up recurring events (e.g. a workshop that runs for 4 weeks every Tues. night). it is our policy to set and end date for events within the next 3 months even if you don't forsee your event ending by then. We will strictly enforce this to insure that all information on the calendar is as accurate as possible.
